• Triple Quality Inspection: Prior to departing our transit terminal, every item undergoes three strict rounds of caliber and true US ring sizing checks to ensure zero manufacturing flaws.

You will receive an automated tracking notification email containing a secure tracking link the exact moment your package officially departs our logistics hub.

• Porch Piracy / Delivered Disputes: Once the assigned regional carrier tracking portal (such as USPS.com) officially logs the package status as "Delivered" or "Left at Front Door/Mailbox" at your designated coordinates, KRONIV's transit liability terminates legally. We are not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced post-delivery.
